The pink jersey of kids-tour Berlin will be awarded to the best girl in the U13 age group. It will be donated in 2023 by sponsor EF Education First from Düsseldorf. The colors are based on the history of the kids-tour. No other jersey stands so much for equal participation. EF has its own professional women's team EF Education-TIBCO-SVB.
History
The pink jersey differs from ratings of large races. In the U13 age group, unlike in the U15, girls and boys start together. Equal participation and diversity are very important to us. Already in 2010 the Orga- Team decides in favor of the girls. They receive a separate classification in the mixed race with the boys.
